If you are getting an "Empty Cart" error message when you attempt to add an item to your cart or when you attempt to view your cart (See Example 1 below), please try the step-by-step troubleshooting tips listed below. Please note that these instructions have been written using Internet Explorer as an example. Most web browsers have similar setting options and capabilities. Please consult the “Help” feature on your browser for instructions on how to alter these settings.
Example 1: "Empty Cart" message.

Step 1: From the Tools menu, select "Internet Options…" See Example 2 below.

Step 2: The Internet Options menu window will appear (See Example 3 below). Click on the "Privacy" settings tab.

Step 3: Now click on the "Edit" button within "Privacy" settings (see Example 4 below). This will call up the "Per Site Privacy Actions" settings.

Step 4: You will need to allow SSSC's secure registration site to write cookies to your computer's hard drive. Note: This is necessary to ensure that your registration transaction is properly encrypted. Encryption is what allows SSSC's secure server to safely transmit your payment and address information to the banking/credit card networks.
SSSC's secure server web site is "nelixstore.com." Enter this web site name as indicated in Example 5 below, then click "Allow." The web site name will then appear in the list of Managed Web Sites with the setting "Always Allow" indicated. To save your settings, click the "OK" button. Be sure to continue clicking "OK" to all the windows that you opened to change these settings. You should now be able to complete your registration process.
